Industrial & Organisational Psychologist

Christelle is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and Psychometrist, with more than 10 years’ experience in the corporate and private sector both locally and internationally.

She has extensive experience in selection, development, coaching and career counselling. Specifically, she has been involved in projects with the United Nations and has contributed to the development of tests for a variety of job levels and positions which was rolled out to 23 international locations. The team was nominated for the Secretary General’s Award for Innovation due to its success. 

With a genuine passion for people, she has assisted many individuals and teams in developing their true potential. She expertly guides individuals to become fully self-actualised leaders and gently assists her clients in making wiser & more informed decisions for their careers and occupational fields of choice. From reaching their life goals to performing more effectively as team members and leaders, Christelle is able to prepare her clients for an ever changing, ambiguous, and challenging work environment.
